SwingBacks have a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.  This  warranty is limited solely to the replacement of any such defective products and excludes all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to consequential damages or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose.
