We ship promptly upon receipt of orders, typically within one business day, and you will be notified by email when processed. Products are shipped via either First Class Mail or UPS Ground unless other arrangements have previously been made.


We value your business and stand behind our products with a 100% guarantee of your satisfaction. Merchandise may be returned for a full refund, including shipping charges, within 60 days of purchase for any reason – no questions asked.


After 60 days, your products are protected by a 12-month limited warranty, from the date of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited solely to the replacement of any such defective products and excludes all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to consequential damages or implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose.


Should you wish to return your product(s) for a refund or replacement, simply email, or telephone us at 1-805-801-4795, to request a Return Authorization. Upon receipt of the approved returned products, a refund will promptly be made to the original purchaser, evidenced by either a copy of your paid invoice or our company's customer records linked to your email address. You will not be charged additional shipping for replacement of any defective products.
